Power station: the main power is two sets 392kw/2100rPm Dongfeng Cummins engines for supporting the rotation of the main axle and push & pull of the power head, which could work separately according to the working conditions.
If two motors work together, they could achieve the max. torque, the max. rotary speed, the max. pushing and pulling force and the max. pushing and pulling speed. The change of oil pump or output of motor could adjust the returning and pulling and pushing speed. But they couldn’t be in the condition of the max. working pressure and the max. output at the same time. They should be in the opposite side.
If it is one motor under working, it could adjust oil pump or the output of motor to change the torque and rotary speed. If reduce the output of motor, the rotary speed will keep the same and the torque is lower. If reduce the output of the oil pump, the torque will keep and the speed become lower. If close some of the pulling and pushing motor or reduce the output of motor, it could keep the pulling and pushing speed but the pulling force reduced. Two of them could interchange to work. The un-work pushing and pulling machines are separate from the clutch. The design not only save the fuel as well as prolong the life.

The rotating and pushing & pulling of rotary driving head adopt the close circuit, which could protect the system, extend the life and use less fuel .Other assistant mechanism adopts open circuit. |

Ten sets of pushing and pulling motors are operated by manual clutches and could be interchanged, which prolongs the life of motor and speed reducer. |

The main body and power station adopt caterpillar type, one set of 132KW/2200rPM Dongfeng Cummins diesel engine, which can walk for long distance (3000m/h).the caterpillar can be fixed and removed at the working place, reducing the transportation weight. |
