Power station: three diesel engines. Two of them are 559 Kw turning and pulling and pushing rotary driving head. This could be separately according to the working conditions. The third is 56Kw assistant mechanism.
If two motors work together, they could achieve the max. torque, the max. rotary speed, the max. pulling and pushing force and the max. pulling and pushing speed. But they couldn't be in the condition of the max. working pressure and the max. output at the same time.They should be in the opposite side.
If it is one motor under working , it could adjust oil pump or the output of motor to change the torque and rotary speed. If reduce the output of motor, the rotary speed will keep the same and the torque is lower. If reduce the output of the oil pump, the torque will keep and the speed become lower. If close some of the pulling and pushing motor or reduce the output of the motor, it could keep the pulling and pushing speed but the pulling force reduced. Two of them could interchange to work. The un-work pushing and pulling machinesare separate from the clutch. The design not only save the fuel as well as prolong the life. |

The rotating and pulling & pushing of rotary driving head adopt the close circuit. Other assistant mechanism adopts open circuit. |
